Product Introduction
Hexagon flange nuts manufactured to DIN 6923, incorporating an integrated circular flange that replaces a separate washer. The serrated flange face resists rotation under vibration, preventing loosening in dynamic service without the need for chemical threadlockers or secondary locking elements. Sizes from M5 through M20 are stocked in stainless steel; larger diameters available on order. Standard pairing with hex head bolts, socket head bolts, and carriage bolts.
Material & Mechanical Properties
Produced from high-grade austenitic stainless steel, grades A2 (304) and A4 (316) per ISO 3506-2. Strength classes A2-70 and A4-80 deliver minimum tensile strength of 700 MPa and 800 MPa respectively. Mechanical properties are certified by lot with full chemical and physical test traceability. Stainless steel alloy selection ensures retention of mechanical integrity in both ambient and elevated temperature service.
Geometry & Thread
Internal ISO metric coarse thread per DIN 13 / ISO 724. The flange diameter and thickness conform to DIN 6923; the bearing face carries annular serrations that embed into the mating surface, generating mechanical lock. The enlarged flange footprint distributes clamp load and prevents the nut from sinking into softer structural materials, protecting painted or plated assemblies from surface damage.
Corrosion Resistance
Stainless steel construction provides inherent corrosion resistance without applied coating, maintaining performance in wet, humid, and mildly acidic environments. Grade A4 (316) is specified for enhanced pitting resistance in chloride-exposed conditions including marine, coastal, and chemical processing applications. Passivation treatment is applied as standard to optimize the passive chromium oxide layer.

Usually 25KG/carbon,36CTNS on the pallets,or 20-30kg/Bags,then on the pallet,QBH company personalized packagingis also available,like 10PCS/plastic bag or 10pcs/box,it can print some information
such as LOGO and pattern of customers.
6. What is your payment term
