Material & Mechanical Properties
Forged from medium carbon steel; quenched and tempered per grade. Proof stress and hardness values are verified by lot with available mill test reports (MTRs).
Class 8: Compatible with class 8.8 bolts.
Class 10: Proof load aligns with class 10.9 bolt ultimate strength.
Class 12: Service-rated for class 12.9 high-tensile assemblies.
Dimensional Specifications
Conform to ASME B18.2.2 heavy hex and ISO 4033 thickness series. Coarse metric thread to ISO 724 as standard; fine thread series optional. The wider bearing face distributes clamp load and limits embedding in structural steel plates.
Surface Protection
Plain oiled, zinc electroplated (ASTM B633 Fe/Zn 5–8 μm), or hot-dip galvanized (ASTM A153). Galvanized nuts are supplied with overtapped threads to accommodate bolt coating allowance without assembly interference.
Assembly & Torque Control
Installation requires a calibrated torque wrench and controlled preload, following established torque-reference values for the bolt’s property class and surface condition. Coarse pitch and heavy hex geometry reduce stripping risk and permit higher installation torque before thread yield.
Application Suitability

Usually 25KG/carbon,36CTNS on the pallets,or 20-30kg/Bags,then on the pallet,QBH company personalized packagingis also available,like 10PCS/plastic bag or 10pcs/box,it can print some information
such as LOGO and pattern of customers.
